I’m a big believer in setting incremental goals to keep you on track. Having incremental goals allows you to quantify your progress and keep your self accountable. But most importantly, incremental goals help you stay motivated by giving something to strive for. Plus it’s a lot of fun and extremely satisfying to be able to cross off the goals we set out for ourselves as soon as we accomplish them.
